Liberty Trail Foundation
Liberty Trail Foundation exists to inspire young people through travel, history, and hands-on learning. Our mission is to help as many kids as possible experience all 50 states through a 10-year educational journey, visiting 5 states each year. Along the way, participants explore America's history, culture, landmarks, and people, gaining real-world knowledge and unforgettable experiences that broaden their understanding of the country and the world around them.
Liberty Trail Foundation has officially begun its journey across America!
Our first educational adventure took us to Bismarck, North Dakota, where students explored some of the state's most important historical sites, including:
North Dakota State Capitol – Learning about state government and leadership.
Fort Mandan – Discovering the story of Lewis and Clark and their historic expedition.
On-A-Slant Indian Village – Exploring the history and culture of the Mandan people who lived along the Missouri River centuries ago.
This trip marked the first step in our goal of visiting all 50 states over 10 years, while learning about American history, geography, culture, and government through firsthand experiences.
Our next four state adventures will take us to:
🇺🇸 South Dakota
🇺🇸 Nebraska
🇺🇸 Wyoming
🇺🇸 Montana
With every trip, we're bringing students closer to experiencing all 50 states and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
